Exhibitors are required to register in
order to have a display.
All
applications must be submitted with payment in full in order to secure
reservation. No refunds will be granted after September 1, 2010.
Each
booth will be provided with electricity if needed, one 8’ table. Table coverings will
not be included.
If you
are applying to have your materials included in the fellowship packet,
please provide with your application one copy of each piece you wish to be
included (or comparable piece if not yet printed). 500 copies of each piece
must be shipped to NIFB by Monday September 1, 2010. Materials arriving
after this date are not guaranteed to be included in the fellowship packet.
Set-up
of displays can be completed from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Monday, October
4. Dismantling must be completed by noon on Thursday, October 7. The
exhibit areas will be open after the close of the morning sessions until the
evening sessions begin, and until ninety minutes after the evening
sessions. Manning your booth is at your discretion.
All
Bibles sold, promoted, or ordered in the exhibit space must be the King
James Version. Nationwide reserves the right to restrict exhibitors at the
discretion of the moderators and/or secretary-treasurer.
